Michael & I have carefully chosen our menu together, along with our caterers, local husband & wife team – “Purple Carrot”.

The courses are designed around our tastes… We hope you will like it too!

Once you are ready to submit your RSVP email, please include your chosen meal alongside the names of each person attending & any other special dietary requirements (Vegetarian/vegan/nut & gluten intolerances, etc) & we will do our very best to meet your needs.

Beef = Slow roasted Welsh beef sirloin on a horseradish mash in a port-thyme jus

Chicken = Chicken breast wrapped in pancetta, stuffed with mushrooms/pistachios & served in a white wine & mushroom sauce

Vegetarian = Caramelised balsamic, goats cheese, red onion & cassis tartlet

(Please note: the chicken dish contains nuts – can be made without upon request)
